Webhosts - Offsite linking

Does anyone know a webhost that will let you link to your files?

Here's my secenario:
I have my banner on a banner exchange, and they randomly display my banner on other people's pages, but when they try to access my image, it doesn't show up because i'm not allowed to have offsite linking. So does anyone know any hosts that hold at-least 1 meg, that allow offiste linking?

Not that I know of. All the sites that once had it are removing it one by one, it seems.

I know of one that will let you do it... but it isn't free i'm afraid..

I know you said free, but if you get some extra cash, i highly recommend http://www.burlee.com. It is not very expensive, and will ease a lot of the pain you get with free hosts!
