i want to fragment a picture(any type) into equal proportions say (3x3 or 4x4 pictures). How can this be done in vb(6.0 or later).
( Actually i want 2 develop a picture game that randomly puts portions of a pictures in a grid and the player has to assemble the picture in the right order )
