Has this ever happened to you?
I have a Win98 machine and very very rarely this happens...
When I'm working, something happens and all of the arrows turn to 6's! For example, in IE on the address bar, the little arrow on the right site is not an arrow but a 6. Also the scroll bars on the site. Funny thing is that my Forward button disappears in IE; the fonts change to a bigger size, and bold. When I was posting a message here, the radio buttons looked like j's! The title bar color is white, and when I press the start menu, it does not let me get in to any of the programs, Favorites, Documents, setting, anything... I would show you a pic of what I'm talking about, but when I pressed "Print Screen" it told me that it didn't have enough memory to do that. A lot for strange things happened... and I remember this happening back when I had my Win95 so it isn't just WIn98.
Right now, I just got rid of the programs I wasn't using and everything is back to normal now!
Anybody ever had the same problem?

yup. When i have VB and this particulary large project i am working on open. When it is running + Explorer + other stuff everything goes weird. Basically you've just run out of memory. Next time it hapens check out your system resources. They should be running low.
Now, aren't you sorry you didn't just keep on scrolling?
