need help -- vb-cgi

my problem scenario :
my exe file doesn't seem to publish properly in a browser for some pc. i want it to be executed but the browser asked to download the file.

i realize that, problem occured when the pc installed real player8, virus application or other internet free downloadable software. if i unistalled the software, the download request box wouldn't showed. i've mapped the server and format the file to be an executed file using personal web server

Are you trying to execute the file on the client or on the server? If its on the client, it won't be possible because of security.
