Note that John MUST have a minimum amount of complaints per month, or his maintenance staff might lose their jobs! We couldn't let that happen! We have to complain each month, or poor John and Co might get the boot. Someone break something so we can complain. Throw a lamp or break a banner. Find a broken link! SOMETHING!
