I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me integrate RC4 with a CGI based Bulletin Board. Without getting to specific....I would like all messages (and maybe even the entire bulletin board) on the server to be encrypted. With the correct key a user could decrypt and view the encrypted messages, not to mention, send their own encrypted messages.
I discovered this web-page(below) that deals with RC4 and perl and thought that there might be a way to incorporate RC4 into a CGI based bulletin board.
