Insertable objects

Does anyone know how to use the "Insertable Objects" called "Microsoft Excel Worksheet". This can be found by right clicking the on the toolbox and selecting components and then "Insertable Objects". Initially, I wanted to create an application that will allow the user to open an incomplete recordset of a database into a spreadsheet "control" (like DBGrid, MSFlex,etc, ..) to allow them to manually fill in the incomplete fields. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any spreadsheet control but was able to locate a "Microsoft Excel Worksheet" (which is what I wanted) after clicking on the "Insertable Objects" tab. Does anyone know how to use the Insertable Object called "Microsoft Excel Worksheet". I know how to export a recordset to a DBGrid control but not into a "Mircosoft Excel Worksheet". The reason why I want to export to a spreadsheet as oppose to a DBGrid is because the spreadsheet allow you to copy repeating field and paste them -- easy to edit. I would really appreciate it if anyone can help. Thank-you!!
