installing package on NT Server

have developed a package in Win 95/98 (created install pack with Package & Deploy Addin) and am having problems installing on Win NT Server... any ideas?

i have created an installation pack with the package & deploy addin (under Win 95/98). i tried to install on NT Server...got a message "cannot install on server...requires NT server pack 3".

will be grateful for ideas to tackle problem.
