This time it appears to be increasing without posting. Ever some one is using my login, or the counter thingy is giving extra postings for some reason. This morning it was telling me 92, whereas l am pretty sure it shoukd have been 88 or so. Hey not complaining John just wondering if this is the case or not?

P.S Can we get some changes to the automatic status things, am getting bored with mine. How about polling some new names, additional name breakjpoints or something.

P.P.S Really enjoying Karl's articles on vb.net

LA Dave, (who is too mentally retarded to get his own login), has been using mine to post some questions. He promises that he will learn to use his eyes to navigate around the site and learn how to get a login.

...for a seppo to actually get a password of their own:rolleyes:

We call him LA cause for the first three months in country it was LA this and LA that and well in LA we would.....

He's learning that in aussie everyone takes the p*ss out of everyone else, so hopefully in a full more months we will have actually civilised him. Yes surprising l know, but they can be civilised if given enough time.

Two things Jethro:

1) Is LA Dave your other side?
2) If LA Dave is not your other side, [common sense]why don't you change your password so he can't log into your name?[/common sense]

1. David Munroe ex LA currently employed as a Senior AP by our company, we are an equal opportunity company so we employ yanks as well:rolleyes:

2. Didn't know anyone had it. Don't mind if he really doesn't want to get his own login, but was just surprised at my post count which seemed to be going up on its own.

3. As long as he don't post anything too deflamatory in chit chat no problem.

Does he like "real" footy yet? You'll know when he's civilised when you actually surprisingly bump into him at a swans game yelling at screeming! Turning around to a Essendon supportor pulling the piss out of them and then having a quick skull of VB or EB!
Then going back to eating his Footy Pie with tomato sauce!

Mathew: I dont think anyone has he's password, cookies maybe!

It's weird, in skool, I am cookied on a whole bunch of computers, but I have my own login name, so the cookies are only for me, only belong to my log on name, so if I were to log on to say, a teachers :-x, they wouldn't have the same settings or saved things as me .

If you go into windows\application data\identities you'll find different folders with strange names that look like MD5 hashes of a string. In Win 98 this is where user specific data is kept, like mail folders.

Cookies are based on username. They're just text files, edit one.
