Microsoft Jet engine error no 3447...

I have developed an application and I have installed it all the machines in the network. When I try to install in one machine I am getting an error message..

Error No : 3447

Microsoft jet database engine(vbajet.dll or vbajet32.dll) not initilized.

How to solve this problem..
