Open-Source Message Board System

I am writing an open source message board system in ASP using VBScript. I am also looking for help on this message board :

Positions :
Webmaster - Taken

Co-Webmaster - Open

Scripters - I need more people to help write the ASP code, right now I am the only one on the team that knows how to write in ASP.

Layout Designer - I already have one I need one more to help with the
message board system's layout and html

Graphic Designer - I need one or two graphic designers to make the default graphics, icons, smilies etc.
