You will have to change the permissions on your webserver to allow for "scripts and exectuables".
In IIS: Go to the properties of your website, click on "Home Directory" and then click on script permissions.

Brief Explanation
The .exe file is not located in the server. It's located in the clients.
The brief explanation of my problem is that I want the clients run an application downloaded by them before in order to send messages to the other clients on the network. I wrote the code and compiled to .exe. When they Submit a form, they will call the program with the proper parameters. If the program is not running, it will be; if not, the proper function of the .exe will be called.
I hope I could explain my problem. I'd be glad if you help me.
Thanks.

I don't think that you can run an exe from the client side without something like an activeX control. Since the ASP is processed on the server side, there is no way that it can be run from ASP. The client never sees the ASP code.

So, what do you suggest to solve the problem?

Like I have said many times before, please include a SPECIFIC problem (what your function does) so we can suggest an alternative.
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.

Yeah, wasn't bad this time, but before i have typed out large solutions only to find that that was not really what the person was looking for!
