Hello people. I am having a tough time in trying to understand the Hamming Code. Can someone help me out or point me to a site where they explain it in simple terms? Thanks!:confused: :confused:

It's an error correction code based on parity.

This site (http://www.rad.com/networks/1994/err_con/hamming.htm) explains it pretty clearly. At least I think so.
