    With burping, there is a difference between males and females.
    Females just think it's gross, disgusting, and impolite.
    Whereas us males, when we burp, we are proud of ourselves!
    And if another male hear's it, it means competition, like a burp is translated through a series of wave messages to the male's brain stating that it was a burp, but then the male thinks to himself, and accepts the challenge, and believes he can produce an even louder burp.

    Same thing with farts, girls think it's gross and disgusting, and us guys are proud of ourselves! And there's also competition there too .
