...and finally the sound add-on. Just extract to the same folder as the exe and it will work. During the game press N to toggle sound.

Very impressive! Although it runs at approx. 3 FPS on my P133. Maybe make a DirectX version? (I know I will ;))

Huh??? It runs with max FPS (35) on my 166... erm

My system: P133, 48 MB Ram, Voodoo 3 2000 PCI 16 MB...
Don't know why it's slow, although the differences between P166 and P133 are a lot actually, but that's why I suggested the DirectX version, fullscreen DX programs run at 62 FPS here (refresh rate of monitor)...
Anyways, I'm starting on the DX version, just to get some more experience, I'll let you know if I finish it :)

t_dawolf - GOOD!
fox - erm...
Actually the original version was way more addictive. Sorry.
But it does have good gfx.
I dont have wavemix.dll so I cannot play the game.
And the little intro where it doesnt count points, well, it does.

It asks you to install WaveMix and the points are not counted in the intro.. although it shows the missed-count the counter is reset then starting.

It never asked to install wavemix.

*drumroll*
I am proud to present: MouseAttack DX !
I've completed the first version, tested on 3 computers, you'll need at least DirectX 7 at 640x480x32....
You can download it here: http://psprogramming.virtualave.net/index.cgi?page=projects/mouseattackdx.html
(I didn't upload it here, because it's about 450 KB. The size is mainly because I wanted a stupid spinning logo in it and some nice 3D graphics  :D)
Well, I've put the credits in the game, so don't think I want to distribute this as "my game", just let me know what you think of it, or if there are any errors...
(you create something which shows a bunch of circles falling down, and what happens to it: it becomes a fullscreen DirectX game.... ain't this a great world ;))

*applause* Nice one :)
It runs fine here, you can add my system cofiguration to the list:
AMD Thunderbird 900MHz
768 MB PC-133
Voodoo5 5500 @ 166MHz
SB 128 PCI

Thank you....
Your system has been added to the list... btw, why would you need 768 MB of RAM? :p (oh wait, ignore that comment, I just fired up 3D Studio Max on the 128 MB RAM system, last time it took 10 hours to render a scene of about 400 frames  )

Yep :)

Duh.
You didn't include the credits.cls in the zip file. I can't do a recompile to try it out. If you stick it up for download we might be able to tell you what's gone wierd about it. I dunno why the EXE doesn't work. You couldn't compile without the class file could you?
PsychoMark
Aug 20th, 2001, 11:56 AM
Mhhh......the clsCredits.cls IS missing (at least on my hd), it has been moved to another dir or something (got it back now).
But the EXE still runs perfectly here...
Anyways, here's the Credits class!
