Surfaces
Is there a 'logical' limit to how big I should make them? I mean, I now use a few fairly large (like 800*600) surfaces and it runs fine on my comp, but whould it run good on others?
Thanks in Advance

Finally there's someone who has a nice avatar *smile*
Erm well if you're using system memory (RAM) it does not really matter, it just maybe slow on older computers - in fact it's slow anyways *g. If you're using DirectX and storing them in video memory (VRAM) you should not make them bigger than 256x256 - well you can but older graphics cards (like the Voodoo 1-3) don't support bigger textures than 256x256.
