Using a 52 card Deck of cards.

I have an assignment to create a video poker game on my computer. I have the code pretty well worked out but I need to show the cards as I deal them to the player. They have to be actual cards like in the Microsoft solitaire game. I think I need to use the DLL entitled cards.dll but am not sure. If I am to use this dll, How do I use it in VB?
