Changing Screen Resolution

I used the code for changing screen resolution found in the Graphics directory, but have one problem. When the program resets the resolution to a lower value the Windows Taskbar is hidden and is only returned when the resolution is changed back to its original setting (or by using the control panel).

Does anyone know how to make the Taskbar refresh at the new res?
