Game Question

I got the bltbit to work, now I need it to change the resolition to 640 by 480, I don't care about the colors (8 or 16 bit would be best). Once you shut down, I need it to switch back to the origional mode, with all of the shortcuts and stuff in the correct places, much as it does with Starcraft, Diablo 2, or almost every other full screen game.
