    problems with threed32.ocx

I'm trying to use the sheridan 3d controls, but it tells me that I don't have the appropriate license to use it in the design enviornment. Here's what I've tried:
    > I've tried unregistering it and registering it (regsvr32)
    > I've tried unregistering, deleting, and re-installing it.
    > I've tried the .reg fix that comes on the Visual Studio 6 CD.
    > I've tried VB6C.EXE downloaded from microsoft.

None of this has worked. Has anyone got any home-made voodoo remedies I could try?

Which edition do you have? To my understanding, you may only use it in the Professional and Enterprise editions.
