activex disappear

I have made an activex control thats run on a web page the problem is that when i use read properties event to read param values from a web page the control disapperar from the page what shopuld i have done wrong plz help

the controll didnt disappear it just wasent showing because i havent use
<param name=_extenx value=32456>
<param name=_extenty value=43256>

use this then usaual parameters and activex control was showed on the wab page.
