IE warning popup... how do I press yes? (automate this process)

I've tried to disable all warning msges in IE. But i still get a warning message. This is a yes/no question, how can i make my program choose yes on that question. I can't seem to find any code on that subject.

I do not remember the api calls, but i once created an activex control which could locate a window on a form, move the mouse to a specific position, and then click. (I think iused ENumWindows to find the window). This is probably the way to go. (I doubt ill find it, but ill look to see if i still have that source code).
