    OK if i have media player installed on my pc and i make a program using its OCX do the other pc need mediaplayer ? And can i sell it even if it has microsoft tools in it.

    Yes they have to have media player installed on their computer. I think you can sell the program, as long as your bought the Professional, or Enterprise edition of vb.
