    Unhappy Inverter Blown

proply a common proplem but my laptop inverter has poped i opened it up to find the connecter that links to the sreen had a black streek down it

the main problem is the cable head that links the screen to the inverter is a total mess.

is there anyway of replaceing the wire that goes into the screen or maybe just the head even??

Wire is wire. If there's any good section left of the original wire, cut the bad section out and crimp in a new one using standard butt-end crimp connectors.

If the plug connector is messed up, that's different. There's millions of types of those out there. Usually, the wires are soldered to pin-ends, and the pin ends are clipped into a plastic block of the socket.
