Java Question Help modifying
Hi guys I know nothing about Java, just started learning VB, which is how I know about this forum.
I have a program someone made for me in Java a few years back and when I open the program in Web Express 2008 there are a couple of .jar files
I wanted to get in and look at the code and see if I couldnt figure out how to fix a few problems the program has
How do you edit and write java code. When I double click on the files I get a
"Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from........" error
I didnt expect to be able to open them in VS, but like I siad I am just poking around and trying to learn
If someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it

I think, Netbeans and Eclipse are two famous(or commonly used) free IDEs for Java programming.
