Auto Spammer key holder

hey guys!
So I know how to make a basic autospammer (with interval)
But I really want a spammer that will hold a key for an interval you entered for example:

What key : P
Interval : 60 (time in seconds)
Key hold interval : 5 (time in seconds)

Does anyone know how to do this?
