32 bit Office on 64 bit OS issue.
Hello everybody.
I have a problem with installing "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable" 64 bit version on 64 bit Operation systems, where already installed 32 bit MS Office.
It gives message that office is 32 bit and can't install 64 bit version.
If I install 32 bit version of "Access Database Engine" it will install correctly, but is not solution for me because the program package(which is 64 bit) I developed will give error "The ‘Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0′ provider is not registered on the local machine", as it should because there is no 64 bit version of it.
Also changing my programs to 32 bit is also not solution for me,because I am using other librarys specific for 64 bit systems.
btw - I am using "Access Database Engine" to read from dbf files, because of JET OLE hasn't 64 bit version.
Anyone can suggest what can I do ?
Regards,
Solaris.
