    Does nayone know of a way to block address's like hahaha or any specified etc. in outlook 2000 and a way i can implement that without going around to every computer or getting them to do it themselves?

    In outlook, click onto the Organise button in the toolbar, or from tools menu, and click the RULES WIZARD in the top right of the next box that appears.

    This wizard will step you trhough setting this up, though any problems / questions, let me know.

    For the second part, I can't really write any code to do this as parts of outlook you can't get into via code (this being one of them). Get someone else to put this on each PC ?
