Here we have another voice shouting in the wilderness.

It continues to stump me why people ever believed those API diagrams from BUILD that misrepresented reality in Windows 8.

So-called "computer journalists" I can understand, most of them have VCRs blinking 12:00, 12:00, 12:00 (unless their iGadget has replaced the VCR by now). Most of them are about the worst people to be writing on technical matters, and most of them don't even bring writing skills to the table.

I can also understand Anders' Army trying to pretend their code running on the .Net CLR lives somewhere near the metal, they have a vested interest in misleading people.

But more of us should be smart enough to see through that too.
