VB6 error while trying to run code

I am trying to run a VB6 web class project to debug some things, and when I hit the run button it will compile and looks like it's about to launch, then I get an error box saying "Could not access system registry". Does anyone have an idea what this might be? I have gotten it once in a while, but I would just close the project and then reopen it and everything would be fine.

I'm kind of stuck not being able to debug my code without this working. Any thoughts? Thanks
