[RESOLVED] Replacing Problem with google tracking to microsoft tracking code

Hello..
I'm ehsan I'm familiar with HTML and CSS but not in javascript. My client wants to change this file to microsoft tracking. right now it has google tracking. He gave me this code to replace:

But my client said it have still problem.
