Can I make a Floating Toolbar

Can I use the Coolbar to create a floating toolbar? If so how. If not are there any other microsoft controls that I can use to do this?

Well, I don't know if they made an actual procedure for it, but you could always do it the 'booty' way (as I like to call it):

1.) Put a coolbar in a different form, and link the mousemove or other event to move the form.

2.) Make your own friggin' toolbar, nobody likes extra controls
