InterDEv and Debugging

I am having a problem starting the debugging process in InterDev. I just installed the software.

It is telling me that I can not debug asp pages. I have the properties set to debug asp.

Now when I click on the help suggestions it tells me I may need the MTS installed.

Anybody know anything about this?
