Hi All,

I work for a company which has a scheme whereby they give their employees a bonus if they find them potential new starters.

Basically the job involves writing scripts using a performance tool and then these scripts are used in a performance test against a certain environment.

The scripts are coded using a mixture of built in functions which come with the tool and a bit of C coding.

For any decent coders out there, this is a job that you will pick up really quick.
Obviously qualification would help but its not a must, I just want to forward on people that know about IT,can think logically and can code quite well. Also someone who is good at talking to people too and has a professional image.
