is it possible to show all icon that list in system tray in our form?
i mean something like this

I don't believe there's an easy method of getting them.
This project has a way of enumerating them:

It's not elegant.

Thanks penagate for the reply, so is there's an example on how to do this
using vb6 even if it's not an easy method?

The abilities that individual members have depends on how long they have been members, and how many posts that they have made. The ability to rate a member will happen soon if you continue to post at the forums.
