Creating Trusted Outlook Add-ins

Hi, ive been searching a lot on the web about how to create trusted outlook add-ins but for some reason i just cant make my own. im new to this add-in thing and i dont know where or what i am missing on with all those tutorials. any of you know of a step by step process where i can learn it properly?

i would like to make a trusted outlook addin so that i can bypass the image below when automatically sending emails using a program made in visual basic.



or if you already know how to do this, can you please tell me how?

First let me say that I'd like to know when and if an app I was using was sending out an email.

Instead of sending out an instant email, how about creating a log file with the error information accessing that info later?
