How do I make a print button and a Reset form

Hey I got two questions
here is my design right now
VB 2008


I want to make the print button, that once clicked will come up with a print interface like when you click print on microsoft word. and it will print out the whole form, so yeah button once clicked to bring out ms word print interface

The button Clear all, yes it clears all the textboxes etc...but
1. all the checkboxes etc.. are still checked
2. once you check something it just keeps adding from the last cleared amount so its useless

I want the Clear all button to completely restart the form
