    As the subject says...
    I'm tired to be nuked and I need to protect myself. But if I can't, I would be interested in knowing how to nuke a guy, specialy the one who's nuking me.

    Many programs can be found, or just write one yourself, try using a firewall instead.

    I'm making my own IRC program, but I don't know how that thing works (firewall). I don't even know what's that.
