In IRC what consists a nuke? Is it a ping?

I'm tired to be nuked and I need to protect myself. But if I can't, I would be interested in knowing how to nuke a guy, specialy the one who's nuking me. :rolleyes:

Many programs can be found, or just write one yourself, try using a firewall instead.
