OK, I know this forum is not for questions, but I couldn't find any others.

WHY doesn't IE play animated GIFs?

Plays them fine on my computer....

:confused: where did you get that idea? IE has always played animated gifs. I don't think you can even turn it off. Maybe you're just trying to play corrupted GIF 89a's.

You shouldn't even have to do that, if you go to the MSIE entry in the Add/Remove Programs menu, there is an option "repair Internet Explorer."
