    Just a question - are OCX controls like EXE - uneditable - or can they be edited like any VB form or anything ? (and if they CAN be edited - HOW ?)

    No, they cannot be edited. *.OCX is the compiled form of *.ctl. Likewise *.exe and *.dll is the compiled form of *.frm.
