Do you want this effect on a regular button? Or a button on a toolbar?

if you aren't concerned about size, there is an .ocx that comes with ie that you can use. It is the toolbar ocx, and it has the option to draw 3d or flat. If you are concerned about size, then don't use it. If you are designing an application for serious use however and want a clean and easy to manage interface, then the .ocx is for you.
By size i mean it adds about 1.5 meg to your package and deployment .exe
