[RESOLVED] wil java work on phones with windows mobile cell phones

most of what ive read says its better to use java than vb.net is this true and will java work for all smart phones like i phone and such?
or would i have to write different apps for each phone type?

i kinda answered my on question ,for iphone apps youll need different language Objective C and os x and a mac computer,,,wow
