[RESOLVED] help filtering 2 columns binding source

I want to filter 2 columns in binding source o

1.- sucursal by watever is in textsucursal
2.- tipo has more then 7 valuyes..but i want to filter by only 4.. the ones shown in query...

what am i misisng here
