Looking to buy SMTP ( private server) ( any good sites? )

Hi guys not sure if this is the right place to post for this but I need an smtp server,

Basicly I had a forum with around 100k members and that site has long gone I have opend up new forum since then but its not same board I used in past.

I have managed to extract emails from it and Want to send them to my old members telling them that new site has opend.

I got this tool called sendblast 2 program it self is great but demo smtp they give you only allowes you to send 100 emails at the time, I lok at the price for 100k emails and it was way to expensive just just to let my members know the site is back.

What I wanna know is there a site where I can buy good smtp server at reasnoble price I have budget of around $50 to $80 not sure of thats any good and I need to send out around 100k emails.
