Dear All,

I am very newbie in programming. I learn visual basic 2010 express.
I try to write a code to send some data to an interface IC which made by microchip.

http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc Drivers%20and%20Utilities.zip and the zip file contains a simple dll. When i try to use that dll i receive a note that says it is not well document and does not run on framework 4. The exactly message included on the end of the message. As i read on the company's web site it is run without a problem on every operation system without problem. Even the demo does not run on my computer. My computer runs windows 7 and visual basic 2010 express. Does anyone have an idea what am i doing wrong?
