How do i Detect which programs are running ?

I want to know how to detect what programs are running, only those that is visible in the start menu, not hidden programs.

I'm not sure by what you mean?
Are you referred to the contents of the Start Menu or other programs running?

If you want I can send/post some code that will get a list of running tasks (when you press control-alt-delete)

Yes please, I would like that...

And what I meant by to other post was, I want to detect what programs are running, but ONLY programs that are visible in the Taskbar, e.g the buttons that appear on the Start-Menu, an Icon and the title of the program.
