You can unsubscribe to a particular thread in your user control panel, but you can't "unsubscribe" from an entire forum.
I suspect what you are asking is if your member Id can be deleted. Is that your question?

Why do you want to leave the forum? You may decide to come back late on. I spent two years away from the forums before deciding to come back.

I take it you are referring to your thread here:
http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=624801
From what I can see, there was the offer of help, but it was stated that no-one is going to write the program for you. Saying that you are new to VB doesn't really cut it. You need to show some sort of willingness to learn before anyone will help you.
There are plenty of resources out there to help you learn. For example:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/vbasic/bb466226.aspx
If I were you, I would go back to your thread and write down a concise list of requirements for the application that you want to create. What is it meant to do? What type of application do you want to create? etc
Then hopefully you will get some pointers on how to proceed.
Although, having said all that....
Have you considered using this:

I'm not saying this applies to tribal's case, but...
I'm seeing a lot of people coming here hoping for code handouts, often "IT" (they like to call themselves "admin") types rather than programmers. I suspect this might be due in part to shareware/freeware sites hijacking summaries from and then hot-linking to CodeBank items lately.
Do non-programmers really belong here, let alone expecting "FreebieCoder" services?
This might also stem from the habit I see of copy/pasted WSH scripts these people use. Once again businesses needing such services should engage the services of a knowledgeable script programmer. I don't think they value the time and energy it takes to write a proper program or script.
I'm all for people learning, but asking for an application written from whole cloth seems over the top to me. It feels insulting, as if programming is some trivial pursuit.
For example:
http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=626102
... and the near-clone:

Yeah, they are suppose to do the stuff for themselves! What if there was a test for school? Are they going to post the whole test paper on the forums for us to do for them! That is showing how smart we are not them and they will fail because they don't know how to do the work.

Hi there,
I would like only to know why is helping people so difficults? i understand that "i" am stupid and maybe not a good programmer but my question would be if you can't help someone with the knowledge you have why come to a forum??to comment on everyone help or to see who is the most stupid question..See that is the kind of mentality that will put the world and this forum to down. For your info, i have post the less i know about my request and on another forum i got a help, they told me where to look, how to verifie my code but THEY DID NOT WRITE IT FOR ME. Now who is the best forum for help, here or the other one?????

Due to the lack of details you gave in your thread (which is nothing to do with programming skills), it takes a large amount of extra effort to assist you - people need to get you to explain the details (which can take a while) before they can actually start to help at all.
While some people will sometimes have the inclination and spare time to put in the extra effort for you, most people will just move on to another thread instead - and that applies to all sites, not just this one.
I'm glad you got help for the issue, but recommend you try to give more details in any future questions (here or elsewhere), as you are reducing the chances of getting any answers, let alone good ones.
