    bishaw, you might find some "free" web hosts, but you might not find any "good free" web hosts. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

    If I were to recommend a web host, I would go for these guys:

    For PHP, I suggest http://www.jodohost.com. They have a good customer care system for availing instant solutions. They even provide LiveChat help.

    Their Linux Value Plan (starter plan) is 4.95$/month and offers 800mb total webspace (includes db and files).
