I have a program that uses a standard document template and no macros although word does fill in address fields. In some cases the user gets an error message 5981 - Could not open macro storage, although eventually it goes away.

word is not corrupt, the template is fine, all computer settings are ok and I cant recreate the problem

anyone got any ideas
