Secure the file ?

I got a problem while designing a program to secure the file in PC.

In fact, i wanna stop the file sharing by the TROJAN.
Any method or solution to do so ??

what should i concentrate on ?
OSI ? TCP/IP? winsock ?

I m a totally beginner of networking............
